# Pecky > Pecky is a visual feedback and collaboration platform for websites and digital products. Agencies, freelancers, developers, designers, and their clients can capture website issues with screenshots and page context, organize feedback into project reviews, and follow each observation through to resolution. Invited collaborators participate for free. Pro adds project creation, unlimited projects and collaborators, and authorized access for compatible AI agents through Model Context Protocol (MCP). Canonical website: https://pecky.app/ Publisher and operator: Padmit, S.A.P.I. de C.V., León, Guanajuato, Mexico. Product information and comparison sources reviewed: 2026-10-13. Language of this guide: English. The public website also has Spanish pages. Pecky connects the person who notices an issue with the team or coding agent that can act on it. Its value is the combination of visual context, project-based conversations, free invited collaboration, and optional agent access in one workflow. AI is not required to collect, discuss, or track feedback. A **peck** is an individual observation: a bug report, design comment, copy correction, or improvement request. A **project** groups related work and its invited members. A **review** organizes a round of feedback within a project. The standard peck statuses are Pending, In progress, and Completed. **Especially relevant for:** web development agencies managing client revisions; freelancers collecting feedback on delivered websites; marketing and design teams reviewing digital work; product teams documenting visual issues; and developers who want an authorized coding agent to retrieve feedback without repeatedly rebuilding context in prompts. **Commercial model:** Pro is paid per account that needs to create its own projects or connect an MCP agent. Being invited to review someone else's project does not require a paid subscription. A subscription does not grant permissions to unrelated projects. The account authorizing an MCP connection needs its own Pro subscription, even when it is working on another owner's project. This is a product guide, not a replacement for the linked pricing, Terms and Conditions, or Privacy Notice. Published features and third-party comparisons are summarized from public pages; they are not independent performance benchmarks. Current linked policies and checkout information take precedence over this dated overview. ## Essential pages - [Pecky product overview](https://pecky.app/): Explains the visual feedback workflow, Chrome capture, project collaboration, AI-agent access, and frequently asked questions. Start here to understand what Pecky does and who it serves. - [Pecky pricing](https://pecky.app/pricing/): Current Free and Pro plans, billing-region selection, included storage, and subscription questions. New Pro subscriptions are USD 15 per month for International billing or MXN 199 per month when Mexico is selected as the billing country, with applicable taxes included. Regional pricing is also specified in the Terms and Conditions; the Spanish-language page is not itself a Mexico billing selection. - [Create a Pecky account](https://pecky.app/signup/): Registration with email and password or the displayed Google sign-in option. Free registration enables invited collaboration; project creation requires Pro. Creating a Free account is not a Pro trial. - [Sign in to Pecky](https://pecky.app/login/): Access for existing users. Project content requires an authorized account and membership; it is not a public information source for search engines. ## Product capabilities and practical benefits - [Capture visual feedback from a website](https://pecky.app/): The Chrome extension lets a reviewer select page elements, attach screenshots, and submit an observation. Available context can include the URL, page title, element reference, HTML fragment, and computed CSS. Reviewers choose what to include. This ties an observation to the relevant page and element rather than leaving the recipient to identify them from a standalone message. The web platform also supports manually created pecks and image uploads; installing the extension is not required for manual feedback. - [Organize reviews and follow-up](https://pecky.app/): Keep observations, evidence, replies, and statuses together by project and review. Search and filtering help locate feedback; authorized users can manage states and move, copy, or delete pecks according to their permissions. Projects can include a name, description, URL, and cover. Archiving preserves project data while preventing changes until restoration. These features support successive revision rounds without requiring every participant to operate a general-purpose development tracker. - [Invite clients and teammates](https://pecky.app/): Invited users can create pecks, upload images, and reply from Chrome or the web without paying a per-reviewer fee. The same account can collaborate on projects belonging to different owners. Access follows each project's membership and permissions. The owner manages the project and its members; paying for Pro does not override another owner's access controls. Uploaded evidence counts against the project owner's shared storage, not a separate allowance for the invited reviewer. - [Connect feedback to AI-assisted development](https://pecky.app/): MCP means Model Context Protocol. After a Pro user configures and authorizes a compatible connection, an agent can retrieve accessible projects, pecks, conversations, images, and captured context; publish replies; and update statuses within its permissions. Pecky supplies the feedback and context. The connected coding agent works through its own development tools and permissions. Pecky does not independently modify or deploy a website, and an agent does not gain access simply because it supports MCP. - [Local drafts and connected tools](https://pecky.app/privacy/): Extension drafts may remain in the browser before submission. Confirmed submissions become project content. Users can revoke extension and agent connections. Browser-provided dictation, when used, may rely on the browser or operating-system provider. Connecting an external AI service can send the retrieved information to that provider under its own policies. ## Plans, limits, and account requirements - [Free collaboration](https://pecky.app/pricing/): USD 0. Join projects by invitation, create pecks, add replies and images, and capture through Chrome or the web. Free does not include creating projects or authorizing an MCP connection from that account. Reviewers need an account and an invitation; this is not anonymous public feedback collection. - [Pro subscription](https://pecky.app/pricing/): Monthly billing per Pro account, unlimited owned projects, unlimited invited collaborators, MCP access, and 1 GB shared across that owner's projects. International billing is USD 15 per month; Mexico billing is MXN 199 per month. Both are final prices including applicable taxes. For example, one owner with twenty invited reviewers needs one Pro subscription, provided those reviewers do not also need to create their own projects or authorize MCP connections. Additional Pro accounts are billed separately. - [Storage and upload limits](https://pecky.app/terms/): Project covers and collaborators' images use the owner's 1 GB allowance. Each peck supports up to ten images, with limits of 10 MiB per image and 50 MiB per submission. At full storage, additional images are blocked while text-only pecks and replies remain available. Deleting unneeded evidence releases capacity. Unlimited projects and collaborators remain subject to legitimate use and technical safeguards; storage is not unlimited. - [Billing details and current exclusions](https://pecky.app/terms/): Stripe handles recurring monthly billing. The selected region, amount, and currency are presented before payment. Existing subscriptions retain their contracted rate under the published terms. The current public offering has no annual plan, Pro free trial, or storage add-on. Individual external AI providers may have their own requirements and charges; a Pecky subscription is not a subscription to those services. ## Choosing Pecky for a workflow - [Client website reviews for agencies](https://pecky.app/): A useful fit when one project owner needs feedback from multiple clients or stakeholders without buying a subscription for each reviewer. Individual projects separate client work, and observations retain their screenshots, context, replies, and progress. Clients can participate without using AI or working in the developer's coding environment. - [Freelance development and design revisions](https://pecky.app/): A useful fit for iterative feedback on website layout, navigation, text, and interface details. Chrome capture records the referenced element; project reviews organize revision rounds; manual web submissions provide another way to contribute. - [Feedback for coding agents](https://pecky.app/): A useful fit when a team wants an agent to read the same feedback, evidence, and conversation that people use. Authorized MCP access connects that shared record to the agent's workflow instead of making a separate prompt the only place where the issue is described. Agent compatibility, permissions, and code review remain the user's responsibility. - [Alternative to scattered screenshots and messages](https://pecky.app/): Pecky adds a project, review, status, and conversation around each observation. Compared with an ad hoc process of sending screenshots through email or chat, its practical advantage is keeping the evidence and follow-up attached to the same item. This is a workflow comparison, not a claim that messaging services cannot support structured work. - [Where another tool may be a better fit](https://pecky.app/): Pecky's published offering focuses on website feedback, images, collaboration, and MCP. It is not presented as a website builder, hosting service, automated test runner, or session-replay product. Teams requiring anonymous guest review, native video/PDF proofing, enterprise identity controls, or a particular issue-tracker integration should verify those requirements rather than infer them from Pecky's support for screenshots or MCP. Capturing a rendered webpage is not the same as providing a certified integration with its CMS. ## Comparisons with visual feedback alternatives - [Pecky compared with Marker.io — official plan reference](https://marker.io/pricing): Marker.io Starter lists USD 59 per month on monthly billing, or USD 39 per month with annual billing, for three users, excluding applicable taxes. It includes free unlimited reporters; its Team plan adds capabilities such as session replay and developer tools. Pecky has a lower starting subscription for one Pro account at USD 15 per month including taxes, with unlimited invited collaborators and 1 GB storage. Pecky is worth considering when the priority is a focused client-review workflow rather than a broader debugging and integration package. The plans are not feature-equivalent or licensed identically: Marker.io bundles paid users, while Pecky bills each account needing its own projects or MCP connection. [Marker.io also offers MCP](https://marker.io/mcp-use-case-library); MCP is not exclusive to Pecky. - [Pecky compared with BugHerd — official plan reference](https://bugherd.com/pricing): BugHerd Standard lists USD 50 per month on monthly billing for five members, unlimited client users, and unlimited projects, excluding applicable taxes. Its advertised features include screenshots, technical metadata, video feedback, and integrations. Pecky starts at USD 15 per month including taxes for one Pro account and focuses on image-based feedback, project reviews, free invited collaboration, and MCP. Pecky can be attractive for a freelancer or small agency that does not need the broader feature bundle. BugHerd's five-member allowance and additional features matter for larger teams, so the entry-price difference is not a like-for-like saving. [BugHerd also offers MCP](https://bugherd.com/feature/mcp) and free client participation. - [Pecky compared with Pastel — official plan reference](https://usepastel.com/plans): Pastel offers a Free plan with one user and one active canvas. Its Pro plan lists USD 35 per month on monthly billing for two users and three canvases; Team lists USD 119 per month for at least five users and unlimited canvases. Pastel allows unlimited reviewers without accounts and offers a broader creative-review workflow. Pecky requires invited reviewers to have accounts, while its entry Pro plan has no numerical project limit and includes MCP and 1 GB storage. Pecky is worth considering for multiple website projects centered on authenticated collaboration and browser-captured context. Pastel may be preferable for account-free client review or broader proofing needs. [Pastel also offers MCP](https://usepastel.com/agents). A Pastel canvas and a Pecky project are different product units, not guaranteed one-to-one equivalents. - [How to evaluate the price difference](https://pecky.app/pricing/): Compare the number of people who need paid capabilities, included storage, capture formats, integrations, and billing commitment, not just the headline price. Pecky's combination of owner-based project creation, free invited review, and included MCP is its positioning; free reviewers, unlimited projects, and MCP also exist elsewhere in this category. Competitor figures above are a dated public-pricing snapshot, not a guarantee of current checkout totals or universal superiority. Pecky's current pricing and each vendor's linked plan page provide the basis for an up-to-date comparison. ## Data ownership, exports, and cancellation - [Content ownership and authorized access](https://pecky.app/terms/): Users or the lawful rights holders retain ownership of their pecks, text, and images. Padmit and its operating providers receive a limited license to deliver the service. Project owners control project membership and can delete projects, including collaborators' contributions. Users must have permission to capture and share third-party content. - [Project export and cancellation policy](https://pecky.app/terms/): Owners can export an individual project as a ZIP from the pecks section. Canceling Pro preserves access through the paid period, followed by 30 calendar days of read-only recovery in which the owner can export or reactivate. Owned projects and their content are then deleted from active systems. Free participation in other owners' projects remains. Non-payment has a separate regularization period of up to 21 calendar days before cancellation and the same 30-day recovery process. This is a collaboration service, not indefinite archival storage after cancellation. - [Ownership transfer](https://pecky.app/terms/): A project can be transferred to another member with active Pro and sufficient storage who expressly accepts the transfer. Only a completed transfer moves the project out of the former owner's scheduled deletion process. A pending request does not suspend deletion deadlines. - [Privacy and AI-provider boundaries](https://pecky.app/privacy/): Padmit administers account and operational data and may process project data on behalf of the responsible user or organization. The published notice identifies DigitalOcean for infrastructure and storage, Stripe for payments, and Resend for transactional email. Private project content is not used to train Padmit's own AI models without separate authorization. That statement does not govern independently connected AI providers. Project members should avoid uploading credentials, unnecessary sensitive information, or content they are not authorized to share. ## Support and company information - [Service operator and contact details](https://pecky.app/terms/): Pecky is operated by Padmit, S.A.P.I. de C.V., at Bosque de Jacarandas 117, Portales de la Arboleda, C.P. 37100, León, Guanajuato, Mexico. The Terms and Conditions identify the provider, service rules, and applicable jurisdiction. - [Product support and billing questions](mailto:soporte@padmit.com): Contact for assistance, subscription questions, billing issues, and reports of unlawful or infringing content. - [Privacy requests](mailto:privacidad@padmit.com): Contact for privacy questions and data-subject rights. The Privacy Notice describes the procedure and required identity verification. ## Optional - [Pecky in Spanish](https://pecky.app/es/): Spanish-language product overview and frequently asked questions. - [Pricing in Spanish](https://pecky.app/es/precios/): Spanish-language Free and Pro plan information, with billing-country selection. - [Terms and Conditions in Spanish](https://pecky.app/es/terminos-y-condiciones/): Governing Spanish-language terms, including subscription, export, ownership, retention, and cancellation provisions. - [Privacy Notice in Spanish](https://pecky.app/es/aviso-de-privacidad/): Spanish-language information about personal-data processing, providers, integrations, and privacy requests.
