Pecky
How can we help?
Find help using Pecky and its Chrome extension. For assistance, email soporte@padmit.com.
Get started with the extension
- Install Pecky using the Chrome Web Store link shared by your team. Open Chrome's extensions menu and pin Pecky to the toolbar.
- Open a web page and click the Pecky icon. Choose Connect Pecky, sign in, and authorize the connection.
- Select a project and review, capture an element, add your comment, and check the evidence before sending.
You need a Pecky account and access to the project. Ask your team owner for an invitation. Creating projects requires a plan that supports it.
I can't connect
Check your internet connection and that you can sign in at pecky.app. If authorization is still pending, choose Open Pecky tab. You can cancel and connect again; canceling does not delete your drafts. If you closed the authorization tab, start a new attempt.
My project is missing
Check that you are connected with the account invited to the project and have accepted the invitation. Installing the extension does not grant project access. If you switched accounts, check the active account in Preferences.
I can't capture this page
Pecky works on HTTP and HTTPS web pages. Chrome restricts capture on its internal pages, Chrome Web Store, and other protected destinations. After moving to another site, you may need to click Pecky's icon again. Elements in cross-site frames or closed components may provide limited context.
Recover a draft
Closing the dock or navigating preserves your draft in that browser. Open local drafts in Preferences and choose recover. Drafts belong to the account and browser where they were created. Before uninstalling the extension or clearing browser data, finish pending submissions or save any content you need.
A submission is pending
Use Check / retry to verify the result and continue the same submission. Avoid sending the same content again while the earlier result is uncertain.
